Banana-Oats Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • Milk – 2 Cup
  • Plain Oats – 1 Cup
  • Banana – 1
  • Stevia – 2 Tablet
  • Cardamom powder
  • Almonds 2-3
Method:
  1. Pour milk into a vessel.
  2. Add oats into it .
  3. Chop banana and put into the milk.
  4. Add cardamom powder and stevia tablet.
  5. Mix the above ingredient uniformly into a smooth texture .
  6. Put the mixture in refrigerator for 15 – 20 Minutes.
  7. Serve with grated almonds over it.
