- 1/2 cup soaked red lentil, crushed (Boiled)
- 2 cups spinach puree
- 2 Pureed Tomatoes
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the spinach and tomatoes along with remaining ingredients, mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the boiled lentil and mix well, simmer.
- Serve hot.
