Parsley and Kidney Health

Parsley is a popular medicinal herb which is widely used all over the World. It is one of the functional food which is rich in antioxidants and helps in preventing the diseases.   • Strain the leaves and sieve the liquid and enjoy the tea.
  1.  Parsley Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/2 Beetroot
  • 1/2 Bunch Parsley
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 3/4 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Apple cider Vinegar

Method

  • Push all the ingredients together in a juicer and add Ice to it. Serve cold.

 

Parsley in the form of Tea or Juice is very helpful as it contains antioxidants which will improve the immunity. Apart from everything It will help in keeping your kidneys healthy which will help in keeping you healthy.
